RB Larry Johnson doesn't make Dolphins - Fantasy Sports

Larry Johnson was decent during the Miami Dolphins' final preseason game, but it wasn't enough for him to make the team. The Dolphins cut the 31-year-old running back on Saturday, so they will enter the 2011 season with Reggie Bush, Daniel Thomas and Lex Hilliard on their running back depth chart.
Johnson ran for 39 yards on 10 carries against the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday. He also had a 22-yard touchdown scamper. FANTASY ANALYSIS: Oh well. It was worth a shot, I guess. But no matter how sluggish and apprehensive Thomas looked in August, Johnson still isn't good enough to break into Miami's top 53. He might get another shot from another team, but I hope that we don't have to talk about him any longer.
The Dolphins will have Reggie Bush take on the majority of the work in their backfield with Thomas providing a change of pace.
